Position: Project Manager – Civil (Overseas Projects)
Experience: 15–20+ Years (Contracting Background Mandatory)

Role Purpose
The Project Manager – Civil is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of assigned overseas projects, with full ownership of site execution, Health & Safety (HSE), Quality Control (QC), and project controls.
This role acts as the on-ground execution leader and serves as the single point of accountability for overseas site performance, while working in close alignment with the Operations Manager to ensure seamless integration across planning, commercial, procurement, and cross-functional decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overseas site teams and ensure execution as per drawings, contracts, programme, and budget
- Full responsibility for HSE compliance with a zero-tolerance safety approach
- Ensure QA/QC systems, ITPs, and method statements are implemented
- Align site execution with planning, procurement, and commercial strategies
- Support claims, variations, EOTs, and payment applications through accurate site records
- Coordinate materials, logistics, and long-lead items
- Act as primary site interface with clients, consultants, and PMCs
- Lead and develop multicultural site teams
Requirements
- 15–20+ years’ experience in the contracting industry
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts
- Proven leadership in HSE and Quality management
- Experience managing overseas and multi-location projects
- Strong coordination, reporting, and decision-making skills
