Position: Project Manager – Joinery

Location: UAE

Experience: Minimum 7+ Years (UAE Joinery Experience Mandatory)


Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Joinery with a strong background in managing high-end joinery projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, cost control, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage joinery projects from planning to handover, including villas, commercial fit-outs, hospitality, and bespoke interiors
  2. Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and coordinate with design, production, and site teams
  3. Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and cash flow
  4. Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors
  5. Monitor factory production, material procurement, and site installation activities
  6. Ensure compliance with UAE standards, HSE requirements, and quality benchmarks
  7. Conduct regular site visits, progress meetings, and issue resolution
  8. Manage variations, claims, and change orders with proper documentation
  9. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per approved quality
  10. Lead and mentor site engineers, supervisors, and foremen
  11. Prepare and submit weekly/monthly progress reports to management

Requirements & Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
  2. Minimum 7+ years of UAE experience in a joinery company (mandatory)
  3. Strong knowledge of joinery manufacturing, materials, finishes, and installation methods
  4. Proven experience handling high-value joinery/interior fit-out projects
  5. Excellent understanding of shop drawings, material submittals, and mock-ups
  6. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  8. Proficient in MS Project / Primavera, AutoCAD, MS Office
  9. Valid UAE driving license preferred
