Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and well-organized Office Receptionist with at least 2 years of UAE experience. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a positive and professional image of the company while providing administrative support.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous and professional manner
  2. Manage front desk operations, including answering and directing phone calls
  3. Handle incoming and outgoing emails, couriers, and deliveries
  4. Maintain visitor logs and ensure security procedures are followed
  5. Coordinate meeting rooms, schedules, and refreshments when required
  6. Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and document handling
  7. Assist HR/Admin team with basic office coordination tasks
  8. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
  9. Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations

Requirements & Qualifications

  1. Minimum 2 years of work experience in the UAE as an Office Receptionist
  2. Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
  3. Professional appearance and positive attitude
  4. Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  5. Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  6. Familiarity with UAE office culture and corporate etiquette
  7. Ability to handle confidential information professionally
