Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and well-organized Office Receptionist with at least 2 years of UAE experience. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a positive and professional image of the company while providing administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage front desk operations, including answering and directing phone calls
- Handle incoming and outgoing emails, couriers, and deliveries
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure security procedures are followed
- Coordinate meeting rooms, schedules, and refreshments when required
- Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and document handling
- Assist HR/Admin team with basic office coordination tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in the UAE as an Office Receptionist
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with UAE office culture and corporate etiquette
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
