Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Site HSE Officer with a minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience in site Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management within construction or fit-out projects. The role is responsible for ensuring full compliance with HSE requirements as per contract, project scope, and applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and implement site Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements in line with contract conditions and project scope of work.
2. Prepare, conduct, and deliver Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Toolbox Talks to site personnel prior to commencement of activities.
3. Identify, assess, and control potential risks and hazards, ensuring appropriate mitigation measures are implemented during task execution.
4. Maintain, monitor, and document all project-related HSE records and reports, and submit them to the main contractor as per standard requirements.
5. Report and record all incidents, near misses, and environmental aspects on a project-wise basis.
6. Attend and actively participate in site HSE meetings with contractors and clients as required.
7. Communicate, highlight, and escalate all HSE observations, concerns, non-conformances, and requirements to the HSE Manager in a timely manner.
8. Ensure site compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering or a related field.
2. Minimum 4+ years of relevant site HSE experience in construction or fit-out projects.
3. Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
4. Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
5. Ability to work independently and enforce HSE compliance on site.
